John Deere Tractor Information

Retiredtractors.com is here to help you identify, repair or restore your antique John Deere tractor. The answers to many of your questions are already on the site. There is an introduction to tractor collecting at Meli's Tractor School, and a place to find frequently asked questions at Meli's Tip of the Week. If you need help identifying a particular vintage John Deere we have an Identification Page that can help you. You'll also find a Classified Ads Page where you can buy or sell tractor stuff.

If you don't find the answer to your question on retiredtractors.com you can email Gene or Meli and ASK. If we don't know the answer to your question, we will help you FIND it.

So, please stop in and take a look.

What IS a "blog" anyway?

Welcome to the Retired Tractors Blog.

The word "blog" is a contraction of "web log". So, what is THAT? Well, MY interpretation is that it is a diary or "log" of what happened today. But, instead of being kept in a little black book, it's kept on the web. Instead of being locked up and kept secret, it's made public.

So, what happened on retiredtractors.com today? We started a BLOG, THAT'S what!
